Job Description

Great role as integral member of Client & Credit Facilitation (Onboarding) team reviewing onboarding and changes in circumstances; CDD & KYC documents for clients according to internal and external regulations; validate client tax classification documentation to ensure compliance; review client credit documents and process the facilities within internal systems; provide client advisors support with document management in connection with onboarding/maintaining of client relationships; ensure document records correspond with systems data; process reports and end of day controls; control, mitigate and remediate Operational risk derived from team; contribute to continuous improvement of processes and services and various projects as required.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to identify, anticipate and take ownership of problems; strong interpersonal skills at all levels; proven experience in client service (ideally obtained in a Banking / Trust environment); broad understanding of KYC/AML requirements covering simple & complex structures; good understanding of current regulatory requirements; previous onboarding experience (ideally obtained in a Banking / Trust environment); self-starter who can work well with minimal supervision; dedicated team player; can-do attitude; able to prioritize workload to meet internal SLAs whilst managing multiple priorities; flexible as required with working hours; risk aware; client oriented; eye for detail.  Full training will be given.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
