Job Description

Great role providing trust & company admin services to a portfolio of clients, and training and mentoring junior colleagues; contributing to team meetings; maintain reports of time spent on time billing modules; meeting chargeable time requirements and other grade specific targets; helping raise accurate fee notes; developing strong working relationships; ensuring regulatory requirements complied with; report and act on service delivery incidents; being risk aware; drafting and preparing compliance files, minutes, forms and documents for JFSC and Dynamics, banking systems for set up and closure of entities; maintaining and updating records and statutory registers; preparing annual returns and regulatory returns; undertaking periodic client reviews, including investment reviews and using checklists; being aware of client requirements; developing understanding of financial statements and accounting functions; organising trustee meetings/ board meetings, preparation and distribution of board packs to Directors; attending meetings and preparing draft minutes; client contact.
Requirements are to hold/working towards JFSC recognised professional qualification; good understanding of trust and company administration; experience of working within trust and company business; accounting, bookkeeping, organisational, presentation, technical, interpersonal, analytical, customer service and problem solving skills; ability to identify potential risk issues and escalate; team player; self-motivated; ability to work to deadlines and use initiative; able to suggest improvements; good working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook; ability to learn other relevant systems; ability to multi-task, prioritise workloads and manage timescales; attention to detail and accuracy.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
