Client Officer, Employer & Executive Services

Job Description

We have a great opportunity for a Client Officer to join a global financial services provider in Jersey.

 

The main purpose of this role is to provide trust and company administration services, including proactive client contact in a professional manner and in accordance with regulatory requirements, service levels and company standards so as to meet client expectations.

 

Some of the key duties include:

  • To administer an allocated portfolio of pension trusts for high net worth individuals and employee trust structures funded by an employer
  • Assist in managing the team and deputising in the Manager's absence
  • To actively assist the Manager in the training and development of the team to build and develop their knowledge and enhance their career and promotion prospects
  • Assist with the mentoring, development and coaching of team members
