Our client is seeking to appoint a Client Documentation Services Administrator to undertake a long-term contract position.
In this role you will undertake the day-to-day data entry for all account openings, modifications, data amendments, account closures and associated tasks for accounts booked in Guernsey. You will assist in the documentation review for account opening and modification of client's records, and assist with data cleansing, project work and other ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time.
A basic understanding of US FATCA, CRS, account structures and client take on process are desirable. However, you will need good literacy, numeracy and keyboard skills. Experience is needed with Excel, Word and Outlook. You will need to be able to prioritise your workloads, and work with minimal supervision. You will need to undertake a variety of tasks staying calm and professional whilst under pressure. Other characteristics our client is looking for include good attention to detail, methodical, team player, quick learner, good sense of humour, and flexible.
