Job Description

Our client is seeking to appoint a Client Documentation Services Administrator for a long-term contract.

In this role you will undertake the day-to-day data entry for all account openings, modifications, data amendments, account closures and associated tasks for accounts booked in Guernsey. You will assist in the documentation review for account opening and modification of client's records, and assist with data cleansing, project work and other ad hoc duties that may arise from time to time.

Our client is looking for a candidate with good literacy, numeracy and keyboard skills, and experience with Excel, Word and Outlook. You will need to be able to priorities workloads, work with minimal supervision, undertake a variety of tasks staying calm and professional whilst under pressure. You will need to have good attention to detail, methodical, team player, quick learner, good sense of humor, flexible, reliable and open to change, previous experience in a similar role is desirable.
