Job Description

Postholder will ensure teams understand service delivery requirements, ensuring strong client relationships and client satisfaction.  He/she will lead client service reviews with client; deal with business development and revenue protection; responding to pricing, contracts and credit line request; KYC re-certification, credit line monitoring, legal updates and billing in conjunction with technical sales team; develop strong contact network; understand client strategy and needs; manage operational contact; resolve problems; organise performance reviews; manage CDD; conduct client reviews using issue logs, query database and client feedback; manage audits and client visits; manage SLA modifications; manage client communicatin; raise change projects; take part in on-boarding project governance; contribute to product/service development initiatives; communication key MI and business metrics; manage complaints process.
Candidate will have solid industry knowledge, especially Fund Administration/Securities; strong presentation, negotiation, communication, strategic thinking, problem solving, organisation and relationship skills; team player; able to work on own initiative; client and quality driven; solid understanding of Alternative Asset Funds; attention to detail; able to respond to client needs.  Desirably proven track record of working in client servicing/operations; professional qualification relating to financial markets/asset management/securities services.
