Job Description

Our client seeks the ideal candidate to be a member of the senior leadership team and lead client facing activity and lead a team, working closely with direct reports who will manage the team, focusing on development, maintenance and growth of a portfolio ensuring high levels of client service and growing own portfolio of clients by actively engaging in business development activities.  He/she will ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal obligations; act as authorised signatory; deliver risk and operational targets and key risk indicators; responsibility for client relationships; generate new business opportunities and conversion into new clients; onboarding of new client relationships, ensuring client service levels exemplary; review business development strategy and be reference point on technical matters; achieve personal and team targets; review and control work in progress, ensuring prompt collection of fees and highlighting revenue opportunities; ensure statutory records and company registers maintained and filings made; identify and mitigate risk; provide performance feedback; develop talent; provide coaching; innovative at presenting ideas for improvement.
The successful applicant will ideally be degree educated with STEP/ICSA/ACCA/ACA/similar qualification; experience working with HNW clients and on complex fiduciary structures; experience of business development; demonstrate excellent technical competency; sound knowledge of current issues affecting structures and clients; good understanding of regulatory environment; knowledge of accounting and Financial Statement review processes; in-depth knowledge of legal obligations and compliance regulations; understanding of general regulatory principles having 15+ years experience; coaching experience; managerial experience of Associate Directors/Senior Manager/Manager level; technical knowledge and understanding of industry theory; flexible; excellent prioritisation and time management skills; self-motivated; focused on exceeding targets and goals; able to interpret and analyse to solve problems.
