Client Director Corporate Services

Our client seeks the ideal person to help develop regulatory, compliance and risk management policies and procedures and manage client portfolios, advising and assisting team.  He/she will act as a director and alternate director of client companies, conduct client meetings and contribute to board meetings; ensure the delivery of client service meets agreed service standards; proactively develop key client relationships; contribute to cross-selling opportunities; manage performance of team to deliver agreed business plan goals and targets; deliver effective team communication and provide regular reporting and feedback to achieve strategy and business plans; be innovative leader; help achieve business development goals; oversee financial performance and drive profitability; contribute to production of management information to monitor performance against objectives.
Candidate will have experience in similar role; Regulator approval in the relevant jurisdiction required for the Corporate Services team; broad understanding of the wide range of fiduciary products offered globally; team leadership, communication and interpersonal skills; team player; able to motivate others; good problem solver.
