Client Compliance, Assistant Manager - Jersey

Job Description

In this varied role you will monitor and develop the controls in place ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory and regulatory requirements and provide technical support and guidance to the Funds client administrators in connection with all services provided within this business. You will also assist with monitoring the regulatory and legislative environment (including AML/CFT) and undertake gap analysis, as required, in order to identify impending changes that may be required to the system of internal control. A Table 4 qualification is required, preferably a relevant International Compliance Association Diploma, 5+ years' fund administration and/or Jersey compliance experience and comprehensive knowledge of the AML/CFT legal and regulatory environment in Jersey.
