Job Description

Our client seeks the right person to oversee Claims operations to ensure team meets service delivery targets that deliver customer satisfaction and act as team line manager such as managing behaviour and absence including sickness and holiday; motivate and develop Team in order that they meet objectives and undertake performance reviews; coach, mentor and guide Claims Handlers on delivery of market leading customer experience; support and encourage change initiatives in Claims team through suggesting positive ways in which work systems and processes can be altered and improved; develop effective business relationships internally and externally
Candidate must have previous management and leadership experience, strong customer service skills and general experience in Claims handling.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
