A leading insurance provider is seeking a Claims Handler on a full time and permanent basis to strengthen its busy Jersey operation.
The successful candidate will deliver high-quality advice in line with the Group business strategy, provide support to the Director and Claims Manager and assist in training and coaching of colleagues. Mathematics and English Language GCSE's at Grade C or above are essential for this role, together with an entry-level CII qualification; or a willingness to complete the required training and obtain the relevant professional qualification within the insurance industry. Experience of operating in a busy, customer-focused environment, either face to face or via the telephone, would be expected.
