Chief Information Officer

Our client is a leading financial services organisation with a strong culture built around customer service, trust, ownership and employee development. The CIO will shape and deliver the organisation’s technology strategy, driving transformation, innovation and technology-enabled growth.

This is a role for a strategic technology leader who is also hands-on. The successful candidate will be comfortable setting the strategic direction while also rolling up their sleeves, engaging with the detail and working closely with the team to ensure strategy is successfully translated into delivery.

THE REQUIREMENTS:

• Significant experience within financial services
• A proven track record of developing and delivering enterprise-wide technology strategy and transformation
• Strong expertise across technology, architecture, data and AI
• The ability to combine strategic thinking with practical, hands-on delivery
• Excellent executive-level stakeholder management and communication skills
• Proven experience building, developing and leading high-performing technology teams
