Job Description

Indian Chef : Responsible for preparing authentic Indian dishes using traditional techniques and spices. Duties include menu preparation, cooking, portion control, maintaining food hygiene standards, and ensuring consistent quality.
Italian Chef: Prepares traditional Italian cuisine including pasta, pizza, and sauces. Responsible for food preparation, cooking, stock control, kitchen hygiene, and maintaining consistent taste and presentation.
Turkish / Grill Chef: Specialist in grilled meats, kebabs, and Turkish dishes. Handles marination, grilling, food preparation, temperature control, and ensures hygiene and quality standards are maintained.
Continental Chef :Prepares a range of Continental dishes following standard recipes. Responsible for food preparation, cooking, presentation, kitchen cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.
