Chef De Partie at La Mare Wine Estate

La Mare Wine Estate is seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Chef de Partie to join our culinary team. This varied role covers the café, weddings, private dining, estate events, and chocolate production, offering hands-on experience across multiple areas of the estate.

Working closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef, you will deliver high-quality dishes, maintain food safety standards, and support smooth kitchen operations within a small, collaborative team. You’ll also contribute to new dishes and product development.

We offer mostly daytime, straight shifts with occasional evenings events, It is a key position for a passionate chef looking to grow their career and make a meaningful impact within a supportive and forward-thinking team.
