Chef de Partie – Hotel De Normandie

Hotel De Normandie in Jersey is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team. Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, with strong knowledge of food preparation, food safety, and high-quality service.

Responsibilities include preparing dishes to a high standard, maintaining cleanliness, supporting the Sous Chef and Head Chef, training junior staff, and helping ensure smooth kitchen operations during busy service.

We are looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking, and passionate about food. Accommodation can be provided if needed.
