Job Description

Cafejac is looking for talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team in our busy cafe in St Helier.

Responsibilities

- Ensure all dishes are prepared, cooked, and always served to the highest standard in line with menu specifications
- Ensure good Health and Safety and food hygiene practices are always followed
- Look constantly for the ways to elevate customer experience

Minimum requirements

- 2 years in a professional kitchen that produces fresh food on a daily basis
- Hospitality education preferred but not essential
- Food Safety Level 2
