Our ideal candidate is a creative and motivated team player who is willing to participate in creating innovative seasonal menus designs.
You should demonstrate excellent organisational and communication skills with in-depth knowledge of several cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes and ensure that all duties are completed in a timely manner.
Experience in all areas of the kitchen is required.
