Chef at La Haule Care Home

La Haule Care Home is seeking to recruit a Chef to join our kitchen team. The post holder will help the Head Chef to develop and deliver a food by providing a range of wholesome food that meets the residents needs, with special attention for highly vulnerable patients’ dietary requirements in line with the IDDSI standards. Along with ensuring all the correct documentation is completed.

The ideal candidates will hold an NVQ 2 in food production and cooking or relevant catering qualifications, a current food hygiene certification minimum level 2 and have experience as a Chef or Sous chef.
