Job Description

You will be help with designing and executing the menu, which is creative with no narrow geographical focus, aiming to offer a mix of classical dishes and more unfamiliar and imaginative combinations.
Key Responsibilities:
Menu Development: Help to devise, plan, and implement a creative, seasonal menu to keep our loyal customers engaged and excited.
Daily Operations: Prepare and cook food to order during café hours, ensuring exceptional taste, presentation, and consistency.
Produce food for outdoor catering orders
Inventory Management: Oversee weekly food orders, liaise with suppliers, manage stock, and reduce waste.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, including daily temperature checks, record-keeping, and health standards.
Cost Management: Manage food costs, control waste
The role is daytime hours with up to three nights a week. 48hrs
