Chef at Driftwood Cafe

Driftwood Café at Archirondel is looking for a Chef to join our friendly team. Must have experience working in kitchens and an interest in seafood and menu design. The individual must be adaptable, able to work under pressure, and be able to lead a team. Ideally the candidate will have qualifications in Food Hygiene and it would be beneficial to have had recent allergen training. Experience in private catering is also seen as a benefit. Ideally we are looking for someone who is energetic and passionate, and whom is excited by a new challenge but also someone would enjoy working in a beachfront atmosphere.
