Job Description

The successful candidate will lead and manage the Risk and Compliance departments for the Company. 
Responsibilities Include: 
- Meet Key Performance Indicators to ensure targets are met for both the individual and the team. 
- Oversee the day to day management of the team. 
- Provide detailed guidance in the appropriate application and interpretation of Jersey and Guernsey laws, regulations and policies, and guidance.
