This is an opportunity to chair the Board of Jersey Post, a business which has developed from being a traditional postal operation into a modern, global logistics and b2b digital services business. The Board is charged with providing appropriate and effective corporate governance, supporting and holding the Executive Leadership Team (‘ELT’) to account as well as contributing to the development and evolution of Jersey Post’s future strategy.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the following experiences and capabilities:-
• Board Chair experience and a previous executive career preferably within a postal, logistics, supply chain, e-commerce or related environment
• Equip and guide the Board to provide intelligent and constructive advice and challenge to the ELT as well as partnering appropriately with the relevant stakeholders
• A track record of business transformation and success with proven experience in leading and empowering change across a group of operating companies
• Intuitive and proven stakeholder management skills, with exposure to Government, regulatory bodies and international business partners
