CDD/Onboarding Administrator - Jersey

Job Description

This new and exciting role within our client's Client Accounting Team is to support the Business Units by undertaking initial new and existing business reviews, including screening and checking for file completeness for all prospective business, processing CDD received and assisting with standalone or ongoing projects where necessary. You will monitor incoming emails and respond to CDD related queries on a timely basis whilst updating and maintaining clients' CDD files. You will also scrutinise internal policies and procedures on a day-to-day basis when undertaking work to consider ways of improving them. The successful candidate will educated to A level standard and hold or be studying towards a professional CDD/AML certificate, having experience with Microsoft office products and screening tools including google and other internet search engines.
