Job Description

This is a great role reviewing CDD to ensure it meets required standards and reporting any discrepancies identified; reviewing other client documentation and agreements; maintain permanent CDD files of original documentation in an accurate and easily retrievable form; ensure closed files are duly archived and recorded so that they can be easily retrieved; undertake automated and manual client screening against available databases and review output and potential matches; review notifications received of potential matches and establish whether these are genuine or false positives and update database.
Candidate will have ability to collect, organise, analyse and disseminate significant amount amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy; understanding of Codes of Practice including CDD/EDD requirements; ability to communicate effectively with range of internal clients; problem solving aptitude; 3 years Financial Services experience with good administration skills; client focus; risk aware; commercial outlook; team player with strong communication.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
