Care Manager at Karens Care Agency

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Manager to support our Register Manager in delivering outstanding care and leading our care team. You will manage day to day operations, ensure regulatory compliance , support staff development. Applicant must hold a Level 5 Health and Social Care Qualifications or willing to work towards it, have a DBS clearance , a full driving licence and at least 2/3 years experience managing a team.
