Care Assistant at Les Houmets Care Home

We are looking for a Care Assistant to join our professional Team in the provision of care to our residents. A level 2 Care Qualification and/or experience would be an advantage. However, a training and development plan would be available to a candidate who demonstrates a willingness and the ability to achieve a level 2 qualification. A good standard of the English language is essential to ensure effective and safe communication with residents and colleagues. A compassionate and caring nature is also essential to ensure a safe and caring environment.
