Cafe Assistant, Voisins Kitchen - 37.5hrs pw at Voisins Department Store

Seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Café Team Member to join our team. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the café by providing excellent customer service, preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customers enjoy a welcoming café experience. You will:
- Greet customers
- Take customer orders
- Prepare and serve hot and cold drinks and snacks
- Operate the till and handle cash/card payments
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café adhering to h and s regulations
- Restock supplies, ingredients, and display items as needed
- Assist with opening and closing duties
- Handle customer questions and resolve minor complaints professionally
Previous experience in hospitality may be advantageous and you will thrive in a fast-paced environment demonstrating strong communication, teamwork and initiatiative.
