Business Systems Analyst at Ogier

The primary purpose of this role is to provide high-quality operational support for the Group’s software applications, acting as the final point of internal support for business systems. This involves troubleshooting and resolving application issues, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.

Beyond business-as-usual support, the role supports group IT initiatives such as system maintenance, upgrades, new features, implementations, and database administration. The IT Business Systems Analyst oversees technical delivery across the application lifecycle, including requirements gathering, supplier engagement, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

While system stability is the main focus, the role also proactively seeks opportunities to improve, enhance, and integrate systems using new and existing technologies to benefit the firm.
