A Degree in Business Commerce or  Risk Management?Significant experience in all aspects of Operational Risk Management within financial services specifically managing controls, testing and oversight of key risks?                  Some experience managing teams and dealing with key stakeholders?                                                                                                                                          Risk and governance competency?
