Business Operations and Deal Execution

Are you consistently excellent at driving tasks and projects independently, to completion, within a deadline and a deeply practical problem solver with a hands-on approach and an ability to rapidly put a solution into action? 
The successful candidate will help run the end-to-end process to onboard each company and settle each shareholder sale, including cash settlement, stock transfer and tax obligations. In addition to, assisting in providing live and continuous capitalisation table management to companies, including careful (line by line) review of documents received, and reconciliation where inconsistencies arise.
