Job Description

Key role supporting front office providing strategic, management and administrative and support, preparing MI and governance papers, to include new business pipeline and monitor Key Risk Indicator reporting; advising in relation to key operational projects and their design and implementation of many BAU Processes involving organising Project Working Groups, Devising Project plans, RAID Logs and Action Trackers; ongoing identification and execution of ideas and initiatives that simplify processes in order to enable business growth; presenting interventions to senior leaders at governance forums with clarity; understanding and incorporating challenges presented and providing solutions to move forward; actioning requests for admin support from Trust Relationship Management Teams ensuring requests completed; ensuring data quality by standardising system inputs; ensuring SLAs maintained and operational risk metrics stable as well as high client satisfaction level.
Candidate must have experience formulating and delivering transformational strategic change; able to translate complex and varied data into information; excellent MS Office, presentation, analytical, organisation, influencing, problem solving, management reporting and interpersonal skills; attention to detail; able to manage competing deadlines; team player; good financial management ability; proven ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines; good decision making judgement; good understanding of operational risk management; NAV ONE experience desirable.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
