Our large channel island retailer is seeking a Business and Learning Specialist to create and lead training courses for their IT based customers in Jersey.
The day to day role will consist of supporting all B2B and Education Clients with all Hardware and Software needs. Managing the Supply Jersey ordering system for EDU and Government departments. Obtaining new clients in the B2B and EDU space. Support our customer's via home callout and training needs in and out of store. Support the Support/Sales Assistants on the Support/Sales Bar when needed.
Key Responsibilities are to make sure that the training provided leaves satisfied customers. Ensuring you are fully aware of the latest service information via ATLAS and GSX. Ensuring you have up to date product knowledge. Ensuring all B2B end EDU process are documented. Provide a courteous and efficient service to the customer. Handle customer refunds/ queries and complaints efficiently via email or phone. Manage instore training sessions with customers via our learning platform. Manage B2B services and general control of business accounts - specifically JSY. Adhere to Health & Safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
