Job Description

Our client is a well-respected organisation in Jersey's fiduciary and trust services sector. They are seeking a Business Development Manager to join their team on a permanent basis based in St Helier. This is a replacement role, so the position is ready made for an experienced professional who can lead, develop, and grow a portfolio of trust and fiduciary relationships while supporting wider business development goals. 

Key Skills and Experience Requirements 

  • Trust / Fiduciary / MFO: Experience managing trust structures and fiduciary relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance and high-quality client service. 

  • Management:Proven ability to lead and mentor a team, organise workloads and drive performance across our client's trust administration function. 

  • Administration:Strong organisational and administrative skills to oversee accurate records, documentation, and day-to-day trust company operations. 

  • Business Development / Business Developer:Capability to identify new opportunities, contribute to growth strategies and support expansion of our client service offering. 

  • Relationship Manager / Investor Relations:Skilled in maintaining and nurturing client and investor relationships, acting as a trusted point of contact.
