Job Description

A well-established Fiduciary Services firm with a global footprint is seeking a business developer at director level to manage its growth strategy in multiple divisions including corporate services, real estate and private debt. The role will be based in London, and will entail managing and coaching a business development team, developing business using a multi-channel approach and setting up development activity in a structured and systematic manner. The role will have key input into the business development budget, it will include pitching to prospective clients on specific projects, working closely with the heads and key members of the service delivery teams, speaking and networking at industry events, forecasting, and reporting KPIs.
The profile sought is an individual with an excellent track record in professional services and proven success in global account management, investment management experience would be useful, comfort dealing with high level contacts including C-Suite, and both team player and team leader qualities.
