Form part of the front-line support team, delivering a seamless and professional service that ensures issues are resolved efficiently for business customers.
You will focus on customer communication and support, fault management and resolution, operational support, and technical assistance. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, a general understanding of IT and technology, and a highly motivated attitude with a willingness to learn. Relevant academic or professional qualifications are required, such as ITIL v3 (or above), Microsoft Fundamentals (MS-900), or Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900). A full UK driving licence is essential for this role, along with the flexibility to work across three shift patterns between 8:00am and 8:00pm, Monday to Friday.
