Business Compliance Officer at Maples Fiduciary Services (Jersey) Limited

Maples Group Jersey are looking for a AML Services Business Compliance Officer to join our fiduciary team. This is a varied and wide ranging role.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as the named MLRO and MLCO on relevant client entities where required, attending board meetings, preparing board reports and fulfilling duties as appropriate
- Co-ordinating the preparation and submission of any annual compliance returns for relevant client entities
- Ensuring that each relevant client entity adopts the necessary documents , compliance monitoring programme and otherwise complies with its obligations under the local AML regime

Requirements:
- Strong previous relevant experience
- Being appointed as the MLCO key person
- AML and compliance background
