Business Compliance Officer at Maples Fiduciary Services (Jersey) Limited

We are looking for an AML Services Business Compliance Officer to join our fiduciary team in Jersey.
Responsibilities:
- Acting as a named MLCO and MLRO on client entities, attending board meetings, preparing board reports
- Co-ordinating the preparation and submission of any annual compliance return for relevant entities
- Undertaking periodic reviews to ensure continued appropriateness of adopted AML/CTF/CPF documentation in conjunction with the relevant client entity board of directors
Requirements:
- AML and Compliance background
- Strong knowledge of local Jersey regulations and legislations
- Being appointed as the MLCO person
- Strong previous relevant experience
