Business Assurance Senior Manager, Global Operations

This exciting new role will work closely with the Global Operations Director on developing and delivering a robust set of controls as part of the first line of defence to ensure that client entity files remain up to date and regular monitoring is completed.
Business services support will be provided by the firm's existing functions and you will be required to liaise with the business services teams to ensure alignment across the group with certain policies, procedures and processes as well as ensuring adequate systems are in place to capture and report relevant data on behalf of client entities.
Responsibilities include:
- Develop a strategy to build an effective first line of defence model using technology and expertise.
- Set up a Business Assurance team to support the completion of client entity periodic reviews alongside jurisdictional team members who also perform reviews, fill data gaps and support the business in keeping records up to date. 
- Take responsibility for the client entity periodic review processes across the jurisdictions working closely with the MDs and local teams.
