Job Description

This role oversees client entity periodic review processes and develops client entity periodic review framework identifying areas for improvement, digitalisation and automation; is business owner of related policies and procedures and monitoring and ensures they remain updated; manages technology and reporting framework; develops and manages system for tracking and managing actions arising and ensures action items are closed out; keeps updated with technologies and regulations; considers data integrity in core systems and raises data integrity issues; works with business solutions team on data integrity rules; manages annual cycle of reviews across all jurisdictions; builds Business Assurance Team to perform reviews, fill data gaps and keep records updated; collaborates with business services teams; assists operations in identifying and implementing process improvements.
Candidate will hold accounting/governance qualification and have passion for technology; proven experience in similar role at trust company business, bank, auditor (accounting firm)/operational risk/equivalent; flexible and pro-active approach to problem solving; ability to clearly articulate procedures and opportunities to solve business problems; good understanding of data structures and integrity; knowledge of Viewpoint would be beneficial; initiative to learn new skills and create effective solutions; positive outlook and well-organised; good personal management skills; strong communicator and relationship builder.
