Job Description

We have a brilliant new opportunity for a Business Assistant to join a leading offshore law firm in Jersey.

 

Key duties will include:

  • File opening and closing procedures
  • Word processing (including generating letters, engagement letters and amending documents drafted by fee earners)
  • Share transfer administration
  • Scanning and organisation of files
  • Collation of client due diligence documentation
