Business Assistant – (FTC)

Job Description

We have a brilliant opportunity for a Business Assistant to join a leading offshore law firm in Jersey.


Our client is looking for someone to provide organisational, secretarial and administrative support to a Partner and a Property Specialist.

This position will cover parental leave, from March 2023 to February 2024. Duties will include:

  • File opening and closing procedures;
  • Word processing (including generating letters, engagement letters and amending documents drafted by fee earners);
  • Share transfer administration;
  • Scanning and organisation of files;
  • Collation of client due diligence documentation;
