Job Description

Candidate will act as ICT technical lead to Registry business application team to support innovation, troubleshooting and continual software deployments, providing Tier 2 technical support for core business systems and working with IT service providers to diagnose and resolve problems.  He/she will build relationships with internal and external developers and staff to ensure technical compatibility across systems; assist internal and external developers with development, enhancement and testing of business applications including issue resolution; create, maintain and provide staff training on new and updated systems.
Candidate must have at least 3 years experience in IT environment; hold MS qualifications; understand ITIL Foundation level and Service Transition; experience working with MS Cloud Platform systems would be advantageous; broad knowledge across wide range of ICT systems; good customer service and communication skills; understanding of Change Management processes and delivery lifecycles; analytical approach to problem solving; good communication, planning and organising; customer focus.
Five years continuous residence in Jersey required.
