Our client is seeking a Business Applications Support Officer, to join their dynamic technology team on a permanent full-time basis. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving issues, managing system configurations and collaborating with internal stakeholders to optimise application usage. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of ITIL Foundation level and Service Transition, change management processes and experience in Microsoft Cloud Platform systems would be beneficial.
