We have a great new role available for a Business Application Support Senior to join a local regulatory body.
The BAS team is responsible for installing, upgrading, maintaining software/applications, and also working with databases, operating systems and networking. The competencies for this role will help you deliver the following outcomes:
- Efficient operational procedures supporting business applications
- Implementation of D365 releases such that all users have access to latest updates/versions/releases of products
- Tier 2 technical support including change control for all core business systems.
- Full utilization and understanding of all deployed applications by targeted business users.
- Minimal technical disruptions especially during diagnosis/problem solving by service providers
