Job Description

The Business Application Support team is responsible for installing, upgrading, maintaining software/applications and also working with databases, operating systems and networking. The competencies for this role will help you deliver the following outcomes:

Properly managed configurations of all platforms in use
Excellent Tier 2 technical support for the core business systems.
Full utilization and understanding of all deployed applications by targeted business users.
Minimal technical disruptions especially during diagnosis/problem solving by service providers
Business users’ satisfaction of all applications and technical compatibility across systems.
