Breakfast Chef at Ommaroo Hotel

We are currently looking for a Breakfast Chef to become a valued member of our friendly team!

Key Details:

Full-time role (part-time considered for the right candidate).

Hours of work are 6am-2pm, 5 days per week.

Competitive salary, tips, and an annual discretionary bonus.

Opportunity to join our Hotel Pension Plan after a successful probation period.

Starting with 18 days holiday + Bank Holidays.


Core Skills and Requirements:

Have experience at a similar level in a similar environment.

High standards of cleanliness, stock control, and task prioritisation.

Have a thorough understanding of health and safety and food safety guidelines within the kitchen including COSHH and HACCP

5 years Jersey residency preferred.
