Drive and motivate the management team by setting clear objectives, ongoing performance management and a high level of communications across the business unit. To set Sales, EBITDA, Stock loss, availability and fulfilment and people budgets. To deliver profitable brand compliant stores in all Islands. Develop a focused motivated and high performing management team through effective management and strong leadership. Oversee the use of all systems and procedures to ensure all financial controls are followed. To ensure all colleagues comply with all Health and Safety legislation. Help team ensure correct merchandise is selected.
