Our property-focused client is seeking a conscientious, driven and diligent individual to join their team, on a temporary part-time basis, for an initial period of 3 months, working 25 hours per week, as a Bookkeeper / Accounts Preparation & Administration team member. You will assist the head of Residential Property by paying and bookkeeping invoices for the blocks and individual properties under management, monitoring and chasing debtors, maintaining and updating various spreadsheets, completing leases, KYC and background checks on new tenants and filing for blocks and individually managed properties. The successful candidate will have a knowledge and understanding of bookkeeping and cashbooks, a working knowledge of QuickBooks along with the ability to raise and distribute invoices, monitoring receipt of these funds and work on their own initiative.
