Bar Tender at The Bear Ltd

At The Bear, the bar is a big part of the guest experience. We want every guest to feel welcome, looked after and confident that they’re in good hands.
We’re looking for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in what they do and can deliver great drinks and service while keeping the bar organised and running smoothly.
Previous bartending or hospitality experience is preferred, but we're more interested in the right attitude, personality and willingness to learn.
We expect you to be professional, positive and proactive, particularly when things get busy. Like every member of the team, you'll help ensure that guests see calm, confidence and professionalism, whatever is happening behind the scenes.
