Bar Supervisor at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa

We are currently recruiting for a Bar Supervisor at Grand Jersey Hotel and Spa, part of Hand Picked Hotels. The role of a Bar Supervisor involves preparing beverage service areas to Hand Picked Hotels standards ensuring high standards of presentation are always maintained. You will be expected to be able to hold a good level of knowledge regarding all beverage items and availability, including main ingredients, allergens and preparation style. Strong cocktail and mixology knowledge and experience is a key requirement for this role, and ability to train the team on this area. To be considered for this role you will have current base knowledge and experience of beverage within a high volume quality driven hotel, restaurant, or hospitality environment. 40 hours per week £14.82 per hour, live-in accommodation available £82 per week, including meals and bills.
